-2015年11月25日，在深圳开金店的温某向原来也是从事金店生意的谢某求助，借了千足金黄金3600克，并出具了借条。
借条中约定：本金按借条签订当日的金价225元每克计算，利息以每月壹分贰计算，到期后，温某返还同等重量千足金饰品。
谢某多次联系对方商量退还黄金并结算利息，但双方却未能达成一致意见。问题的关键便在于飞速变化了的黄金价格。
